CRM & ERP Developer (Fresher) – Full-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and talented CRM & ERP Developer to join our growing team at Associative. If you are eager to learn, build, and customize enterprise-grade solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career.

As part of our specialized Enterprise Solutions team, you will get exposure to customizing platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Vtiger, SuiteCRM, EspoCRM, Odoo, Dolibarr, and ERPNext.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Fresher

  • Education: Any Graduate

  • Must Have: Your own laptop for work

  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi

What We Offer

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office (Khandve Complex, Lohegaon)

  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Saturday)

  • Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5-year-old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team and are not an outsourcing agency or a recruitment consultancy.
