8. Official Terms and Conditions of Service
By engaging the services of Associative, you agree to the following terms.
Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
Work and Communication: All developers work from our secure office. There are no on-site visits or direct developer communication. All communication is managed through our project managers via WhatsApp and email.
Third-Party Costs: The client is solely responsible for all costs associated with third-party resources (themes, plugins, APIs, developer accounts, hosting, etc.).
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for our services.
Client Conduct: Abusive or threatening behavior will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
Project Time Estimates: Time estimates are not guaranteed timelines. Custom projects (websites, apps, games) typically require a minimum of 1000-10000 hours. Template-based projects require a minimum of 50 hours.
Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt to ensure the continuation of work. Accepted methods include RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support. Further support is subject to additional charges.
Service Expectations: Our services are technically executed based on client requirements. We cannot guarantee that results will meet subjective expectations regarding aesthetics or other non-quantifiable aspects.
